Qualified Article conditions
Returned items must be unused and unwashed (free of makeup stains, deodorant, or wear and tear) with all Modern Blend Boutique tags and product attachments, and in their original packaging. If we suspect a customer has used the items and returns them, no credit will be issued, and the items will be blocked on our site.
Any item not received in good condition will not be accepted, and the customer will be notified that they must pay the reshipping fees for the items to be returned. Any unaccepted package for which the reshipping fees have not been paid within 30 days will be discarded, and no credit will be issued. No exceptions.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival by emailing contact@modernblendboutique.com
In order to issue any credit, you must report the issue within the specified timeframe. When reporting damage, please include photos in your email so we can assist you promptly. Damage caused by customers, such as cutting garments while opening packages, will not qualify for replacement. Please handle packages with care. In the rare event of receiving an incorrect item, contact us with photos of the item, and we will provide a return label and send you the correct item promptly.

In addition to our standard no refund policy, please note that any purchase tied to a promotion code, flash sale, or clearance item will be considered final sale. We offer these exclusive pieces at carefully curated, discounted prices, and once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged. This ensures we maintain the premium quality and fairness for all customers.
We kindly ask that you allow 14 to 15 business days for store credit processing, though many are completed sooner. During peak holiday periods, please allow 14 to 25 business days. Once your return is processed, you will receive store credit via email in the form of a gift card, covering the original purchase price plus applicable taxes.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee applies to orders refused at delivery or returned due to an undeliverable address, and any redelivery costs are also the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for undeliverable packages due to address issues or lack of a secure drop-off location.
It is crucial to track your return. Store credit is only issued when tracking confirms delivery to us. Claims of return without proof will not be accepted. Final sale items—such as sale category pieces, accessories, handbags, clutches, swimwear, bodysuits, and face masks—are strictly non-returnable.
Finally, due to the swift processing of orders, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
