SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colors, textures, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, device display, or manufacturer production differences.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Modern Blend Boutique reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion.
Due to the swift processing of orders, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and all final sale terms listed below.
SECTION 4 — REFUND POLICY UPDATE
Effective June 11, 2026
As of June 11, 2026, due to international shipping timelines, Modern Blend Boutique only offers exchanges for verified product defects. Refunds are no longer provided.
Since sizing from China may run smaller, for example, a U.S. medium may fit closer to a China small, customers are responsible for reviewing our universal size charts before purchasing.
This policy change comes after numerous refund requests, often from customers changing their minds, expecting express shipping without selecting it, or requesting refunds for sizing or preference concerns. Moving forward, only genuine issues, such as a verified lost item or verified product defect, may qualify for review.
Sizing concerns, preference changes, buyer’s remorse, or failure to review size charts are not eligible for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.
SECTION 5 — U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL POLICY
No returns.
No refunds.
Exchanges only for different sizes of the same item when approved.
Exchange requests must be made within one day of delivery.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
SECTION 6 — QUALIFIED ARTICLE CONDITIONS
Returned or exchanged items, when approved, must be unused, unwashed, free of makeup stains, deodorant, odors, damage, wear and tear, and must include all Modern Blend Boutique tags, product attachments, and original packaging.
If we suspect an item has been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered, no credit or exchange will be issued.
Any item not received in acceptable condition will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees if they want the item returned. Any unaccepted package for which reshipping fees are not paid within 30 days may be discarded, and no credit will be issued. No exceptions.
SECTION 7 — DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival by emailing:

Photos must be included when reporting damage, defects, or incorrect items so we can review the issue promptly.
Damage caused by the customer, including cutting garments while opening packages, improper handling, washing, wearing, staining, or altering the item, does not qualify for replacement, exchange, or credit.
In the rare event that an incorrect item is received, please contact us with photos. If approved, we will provide further instructions and assist with the correct resolution.
SECTION 8 — PROMOTION & DISCOUNT FINAL SALE TERMS
In addition to our standard no refund policy, any purchase tied to a promotion code, flash sale, clearance item, sale category, special offer, or discounted price is considered final sale.
These pieces are offered at carefully curated discounted pricing. Once purchased, they cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or credited.
This policy allows Modern Blend Boutique to maintain premium quality, fair pricing, and fairness for all customers.
SECTION 9 — STORE CREDIT PROCESSING
When store credit is approved, please allow 14 to 15 business days for processing, though many are completed sooner.
During peak holiday periods, please allow 14 to 25 business days.
Approved store credit will be issued by email in the form of a gift card and will cover the approved purchase amount plus applicable taxes, excluding shipping fees.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
SECTION 10 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
International shipping may take 7 to 21 business days.
All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
We are not liable for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, refusal of delivery, lack of secure drop-off location, or customer failure to retrieve the package.
SECTION 11 — RETURN SHIPPING, TRACKING & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Return shipping, when applicable and approved, is the customer’s responsibility unless Modern Blend Boutique confirms an incorrect item was sent.
Customers are responsible for tracking their return. Store credit or exchange processing is only issued when tracking confirms delivery to us.
Claims of return without tracking proof will not be accepted.
A restocking fee may apply to orders refused at delivery or returned due to an undeliverable address. Any redelivery costs are also the customer’s responsibility.
SECTION 12 — FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final sale items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Sale category pieces, accessories, handbags, clutches, swimwear, bodysuits, face masks, clearance items, promotional purchases, discounted purchases, and items purchased with a promotion code.
